This annual membership is to help prevent non paying tenants and remedy the long costly eviction process in the event your tenant stops paying rent and you are unable to reach an agreement. Squatter Hunters as the main lease holder to your property maintains rights to access to allow with intervention and mediation.This membership is intended to deal with the tenant that purposefully stops paying rent to maintain a free residence as a squatter. This is not intended to go after the tenant that stops paying for financial hard times and all efforts to mediate that situation will be made.This membership entitles you to priority response with typical Squatter Hunter fees up to $20k waived. In cases where in person appearance is required the additional expenses fees per case will be determined member responsibility. Please see agreement form prior to check out.
