Protection Plan requires the following to be valid for benefits.

If an intruder enters your home after alarm and law enforcement response Squatter Hunters must be notified being able to access cameras an alarm information to negotiate removal with law Enforcement or Squatter Hunters on scene. This is not a civil matter at this point and no attorney should be contacted. Your membership gives you priority response without the costly squatter removal fees saving up to $20,000 or more. Member is responsible for the expenses only to be determined to cover travel, car, hotel and other materials if needed. The priority response and calculated plan along with the main lease allowing property access has proven to be effective. As with any removal their can not be any guarantee of removal. The process aids in expediting, mediating removal and control of your home however some cercumstances may prevent an immediate removal without legal assistance.
Tenent Protection
1. Lease to GSO allowing us to be main lease holder. All tenant leases will be written as sublease to new tenant.
2. New Tenant application and documents provided including background screening filed with Squatter Hunters.
3. Optional Background Screening offered by Squatter Hunters. (additional fee)
Notification of missed rent payments to be reported to Squatter Hunters to asses situation for procedure steps.
if it is determined that your tenent has no intention to pay rent we will mediate their removal. Member agrees not to hire an attorney until advised to do so. Squatter Hunters will prioritise your removal and negotiations. Our first phase virtual removal will be attempted first at no cost to member. If it is determined that Squatter Hunters needs to excercise our right to occupy the residence we will send a crew to the location to start with in person intervention. Members benefit from no removal fees saving member up to $20,000 or more in attorney fees and court costs.
