North Las Vegas Rental Scam

Timothy West and Janea Ellisher Terry of North Las Vegas caught in a property scam after moving into a house with their 3 children and refusing to pay rent. After evidence shows a connection between Mr West and the Property Management company this appears to be a bigger case then just a tenant dispute.
